FIELD CROPS

We grow field crops throughout the year. In the spring, we plant corn and soybeans that are harvested in the fall. After the corn and soybeans are harvested we plant winter wheat and winter barley, which sprouts in the fall, goes dormant over winter, and then grows and matures in early spring. In addition, we grow alfalfa and grass hay, which we harvest in multiple cutting throughout the spring, summer and fall.
